Purchase Yakima Grass-Fed Angus

We harvest our beef in the spring (May – June) and winter (Nov – December). After a
two week dry aging process, it is cut and wrapped to the customers specifications and
delivered frozen.

We specialize in offering portions of each animal. From ⅛ to the whole beef (multiple
beef welcome). Or you can come see us at one of our farmers markets and purchase
individual packages of steaks, roasts and ground beef on site.

Price Per Pound

Beef portions vary in size and price based on each animal’s hanging weight. The price
includes all cut/wrap and butcher fees. Free delivery to your home in Yakima Valley or
one of our parking lot meets in western Washington. Home delivery outside of Yakima is
available for an extra fee (but often complimentary for large portions).

2024 prices:

Whole beef portions @ $6 lb. hang weight (approximately $9 lb. box weight)
Half beef portions @ $6.25 lb. hanging weight (approximately $9.25 lb. box weight)
Quarter beef portions @ $6.50 hanging weight (approximately $9.50 lb. box weight)
Eighth beef portions @ $6.75 hanging weight (approximately $10 lb. box weight)
