Life on the Ranch:

• Calves are born on our lush, green pasture in late summer

• They graze, nurse and establish their place in the herd

• In the spring, calves are fence weaned

•  They get to work foraging on our irrigated pastures of grass, clover and alfalfa

•  Our hay is offered as an unlimited free choice all thru the year

•  Our beef is raised past the age of two years to ensure a proper finishing.

•  During the last 60 to 90 days, ground apples are added to free choice hay to insure consistent taste and marbling

Humane Harvest:

•Our locally sourced professional butcher visits the ranch to harvest the beef

• They transport the carcass to a local cut and wrap facility, where the hanging carcass is weighed* and hung for two weeks of dry-aging

• Finally they cut, package, and freeze your meat We arrange delivery of your beef
